Circuit training is type of workout routine that has been used for decades by sports teams and the military. This technique has been picked up by fitness centers and “fitness bootcamps” and for good reason. It is an incredibly efficient method for getting people in shape in record time and it gives trainers the ability to train (and charge) large groups of people at one shot. It is the method I use to condition myself and my high school soccer players.

Abdominal Fat Reduction Exercises

To get perfect abdominal muscles try to focus on three different types of physical exercises: ab exercises, cardio and weightlifting. Your aim must be working at least 3 or 4 times a week.

Choose any cardio you like and it may be walking, cycling, running, swimming. Do your cardio in bursts as it burns fat quickly. For instance, if you are biking, cycle slowly for a minute and then speed for the maximum for another minute. Do this type of interval cardio minimum two times a week.
